I was buying a house for the first time in 18 yrs and from 1000 miles away, in a different state. Ethel and Bryan’s knowledge and experience with Florida real estate market helped me at every step in the house hunting process, as well as the negotiation and closing process. Ethel made sure I was always aware of the next steps and my options. She ensured my due diligence steps and deadlines were all met. And she went out of her way doing extra tasks like finding insurance agent, meeting HoA resources and picking up keys and paperwork, all in my absence. Working with Ethel through the process of buying a different condo was a great experience. It was the biggest decision I have had to make by myself since my husband passed away and I decided to become a FL resident. She was very knowledgeable about the Real Estate and always professional. She was there for me anytime if I had any questions and she didn't have the answer, she would find out immediately or direct me in the right direction to get the answer. As soon as I made the decision to make an offer on a property and the offer was accepted the help did not stop. Her assistant immediately sent me an email explaining the process forward and a time line of when each step would take place and what I needed to do to be ready. The process went as scheduled without a hitch.

He even offered to accommodate picking us up at the airport during our search and closing process and was very understanding and accommodating of flight delays / cancellations.

They were always very helpful. Didn't put any pressure or demands on me when I was selling. I also used them to buy at the same time. Even though things got a little crazy with inspections, insurance and contractors at both properties, they were always there to help. They were considerate during showings and worked around my schedule. I would work with them again.
